Frequently
Asked
Questions

  • Yes. HUMAIN Compute is designed around deployment patterns that span sovereign cloud, customer environments and the edge. The final architecture depends on data movement, latency, network, security and operational requirements.

  • HUMAIN aligns workload placement, data residency, identity, access, encryption, logging and operating responsibilities to the required sovereignty model. For each service and location, the data-plane, control-plane and support boundaries are defined through the service architecture and terms.

  • The portfolio includes HUMAIN AI Cloud for cloud infrastructure and platform services, HUMAIN HPCaaS for managed scientific and engineering computing, HUMAIN AI in a Box for private on-premises and edge AI, and HUMAIN Edge AI for video intelligence close to operations.

  • HPC as a Service combines purpose-built compute, high-performance data paths and networking, supported schedulers, reproducible software environments, governance, managed operations and specialist services. It is intended for batch, parallel and tightly coupled scientific or engineering workloads, not simply access to a standalone CPU or GPU instance. For example, an eligible multi-node CFD simulation may require scheduler-aware scaling, low-latency interconnects, parallel storage, licensed solver integration, monitoring and performance tuning as one service.

  • HUMAIN assesses application versions, dependencies, licensing, data paths, job scripts and scaling behavior before migration. Supported Slurm and Kubernetes workflows can retain familiar submission patterns; other software and scheduler requirements should be confirmed during solution design.

  • Support can span workload assessment, architecture, software and data onboarding, benchmarking, performance tuning, production migration, managed platform operations and domain-specific workflow guidance. The contracted scope and responsibilities should be explicit for each engagement.

  • Start with workload duration, parallelism, queue sensitivity, data location, security, capacity certainty and economics. HUMAIN can map those needs to an eligible on-demand, reserved, dedicated, federated or customer-owned model.

  • Each product page should link to its current datasheet, availability matrix, architecture, security documentation, service terms and supported integrations. If a resource is not public, label it as available from the solution team instead of implying that it is online.

Put the right compute behind every workload.

From AI cloud and managed HPC to private on-premises platforms and edge intelligence, HUMAIN helps teams match infrastructure, services and expertise to the workload - with the control to operate where data and decisions belong.
