CNTXT joins HUMAIN, adding enterprise AI, cloud, data and technology services capabilities, proprietary solutions and a broad customer base to HUMAIN’s growing platform.

RIYADH, Saudi Arabia – 03 November 2026 — HUMAIN, a PIF portfolio company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities globally, today announced that CNTXT has joined HUMAIN, strengthening the company’s ability to deliver enterprise AI, cloud, data and technology services at scale.[1]

CNTXT brings deep experience helping organizations access, adopt and deploy advanced cloud, data and artificial intelligence technologies. Its capabilities span cloud transformation and managed cloud services, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, enterprise integration, professional services, implementation and ongoing technology support.

CNTXT also brings a portfolio of proprietary technology solutions developed around the practical needs of organizations adopting cloud, data and AI, together with established relationships across the private and public sectors.

As part of HUMAIN, these capabilities, solutions and customer relationships expand HUMAIN’s ability to support customers across the full lifecycle of AI adoption, from strategy and infrastructure through implementation, integration, cybersecurity, operations and continuous improvement.

CNTXT’s proprietary solutions, enterprise expertise and established customer base will further strengthen HUMAIN’s ability to serve private- and public-sector customers with greater flexibility across their cloud and AI environments. [2] Customers will benefit from a more integrated path to advanced cloud, data and AI technologies, supported by CNTXT’s solutions and services alongside HUMAIN’s infrastructure, compute, models, applications, cybersecurity and enterprise capabilities.

Looking ahead, HUMAIN will build on CNTXT’s enterprise delivery capabilities, proprietary solutions and customer relationships to support organizations adopting AI at scale. CNTXT’s expertise extends HUMAIN’s reach from the technologies it develops into the enterprise environments in which those technologies are deployed, enabling customers to move from initial planning through implementation, production deployment and ongoing managed services.

CNTXT’s product capabilities also add an important application layer to HUMAIN’s broader proposition, helping translate cloud, data and AI technologies into purpose-built solutions for enterprise and public-sector requirements.
